We understand that plans change. This policy helps us honor flexibility for our guests while respecting studio time, materials, and scheduling.
Classes, Lessons & Studio Experiences
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled class, lesson, or studio experience are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another guest.
Glaze Your Own Pottery Visits
Glaze Your Own Pottery sessions fall under the same 24-hour cancellation policy when booked in advance.
Walk-in glazing sessions are not subject to cancellation or refund once started.
Retail & Finished Pottery Sales
All pottery and retail items are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products sold.
Because pottery is handmade, natural variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the process and not considered defects.
Additional Notes
Refund eligibility applies to experiences only and does not extend to finished pottery.
Turnaround times for fired pieces are outlined in our Studio Policies.
